Matt & Alice | Winkworth Farm
This was my first visit to Winkworth Farm to photograph a wedding. Situated near Malmesbury in Wiltshire it boasts a beautifully converted barn, a stunning walled garden and out buildings that also provide accommodation.
Alice and Matt were great fun to work which was good because on this particular day it rained pretty much all day and only let up for some mild drizzle later on in the day. However, this didn't stop us getting some wonderful photos and capturing all the fun and laughter.
Kathy from Blossom Tree florists provided the beautiful flowers.
Winkworth has an outdoor weather ceremony option, however, given that we're in England, having a backup indoor option is useful!
Despite the rain we still managed to go outside and make the most of the beautiful grounds. Couples often ask me "what happens if it rains?"... well, if it's forecast to rain, bring wellies and an umbrella - we can still get some wonderful photos and have some fun at the same time.
Being a Bristol wedding photographer means I'm only a short journey away from the South West's most stunning locations, such as Winkworth Farm in the Wiltshire countryside and also the nearby Cotswolds.
